What forms of payment do you take?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Paypal.

Is my order information safe?

Absolutely. We use Authorize.net and PayPal to handle all financial
information regarding your order, so you can be sure that your information is secure.
We do not store any of your financial information on our website.

Do you charge tax on my order?

We charge 9.25% tax to orders shipped to California addresses.

Do you share my personal information with other companies?

We respect your privacy and promise not to disclose, exchange or sell your personal details to any third party. Your personal information will remain secure and confidential and will only be used to process your order. If you opt in to our email newsletter, we will inform you of news and offers only pertaining to Shubilove.com.

When will my order ship?

We will ship your order typically within 1 to 2 business days from the time you order. If we determine that any part of your order will not ship within that time frame, we will notify you via email.

How is my order shipped?

You can choose to ship your order either via USPS or UPS.

Do you ship to international destinations?

Yes, we ship to all major countries via USPS Express or Priority Mail International. You must agree to pay your countries duties and tariffs upon arrival of your package.

What is your policy for returns and exhanges?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Shubi, we are happy to accept a return for a full refund or exchange.  Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

All items must be returned in their original, unused, and unwashed condition within 14 days of receipt. 

All return requests must be accompanied by the packing slip invoice for a full refund.  Shubi will credit your purchase using the original form of payment.  Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear. An online store credit will be issued for items returned without a packing slip invoice or received as a gift.

Returns will only be accepted for purchases made from shubilove.com.  Purchases from other stores or online sites will need to be returned to the respective locations.

What is your policy for returning a Shubi given to me as a gift?

If the items were received as a gift, we will issue you an online store credit.

Where do I send the Shubi for a return?

Please email us at returns@shubilove.com prior to returning an item to us. Returns can be sent via US Postal Service to:
